Recipe for the churros and chichis (fritters): economic and delicious

Ingredients

1 glass of farine1 glass to pinch selDu eauUne sugar powder.

Preparation
Put your Fryer heat.
Boil your water with a pinch of salt.
Put the glass of flour in a bowl, pour on boiling water and mix.
Put the dough in the (chourossette) appliance, turn the handle and let the CHURROS in the Fryer, make Brown them 1-2 minutes, get out them and soupoudrez the sugar
Note:  For the base of the churros recipe you put that in? water, flour and salt. A absolutely do with a chourossette otherwise it explodes in the Fryer.

Tips
You can, depending on your taste and your guests, scenting your water with the aroma of vanilla, orange blossom, of the citron…
