Mini Madeleine recipe: quick and easy cake

A madeleine is a small traditional Lorraine cake eggs, in shell, elongated or round shape.


France, la madeleine is often present during the taste of children or the coffee business.


Symbol of usability (because of "dip his madeleine" goes hand in hand with the fact converse on a hot drink), it has made the reputation of the town of Commercy, Meuse, where they are manufactured since the 18th century.
